ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft pleadings and related correspondence for all phases of litigation.
- Manage motion practice and attend court when required during the litigation journey.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to make compelling legal arguments and provide valuable insights to Firm clients.
- Accurately document account and file activity in accordance with Firm and client guideline.
- Maintain proactive and effective communication with Firm clients, opposing counsel, opposing parties, and court officials.
- Travel to client’s office located in Tucson when applicable to execute Certificates of Conformity with a notary.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must be in good standing and qualified to practice law in the State of Arizona.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with a willingness to collaborate as needed.
- A collaborative and communicative disposition.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet business requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in client interactions.
- TRAVEL –Travel to client offices and courts may be necessary.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Competitive compensation: $70,000-$80,000 DOE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary work with repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, typing, and analyzing data. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
